P.J. Tracy

P.J. Tracy is an Emmy Award winning composer and musician located in Minneapolis, MN. He has had compositions performed in numerous venues including the Magma Arts Festival in Naples Italy; the Boston Visual Music Marathon; the Hague Film Festival; and the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis. With animator Jim Grafsgaard, P.J. has audio-visual work installed in the permanent collection at the Casoria Center for Contemporary Art in Naples, Italy, and the Minneapolis Art Institute.

P.J.  has composed commercially for numerous clients including WCCO television, the American Red Cross, Sports Illustrated, and Marquette University.

P.J. is a regular contributor to the Sonic Talk podcast www.sonicstate.com; a multinational roundtable of professional musos and producers which provides a singular and often humorous look at the state of music technology, and the industry at large.
